I found the hotel to have a prime location, conveniently situated right in the heart of the city with many restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms were a bit disappointing as they seemed old, had a faint smoky smell, and were smaller than expected. The service definitely needs improvement with staff lacking proper training. However, the hotel's location was a definite plus point despite being in an area that felt less western-friendly.
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with a peaceful sleep in the silent room, but the lack of soundproofing was noticeable. The location was convenient for my errands, although the interiors were a bit disappointing. The dining experience was a mix of nice, tasty meals but needed more variety. The service was friendly overall but could use some improvement in certain areas.
